    Aerosmith Pump- not their best but still good!

    I bought this CD because I love Aerosmith and wanted some of the songs on it. After I got it I was not terribly impressed. The songs I like are there, but the rest of the CD is not that great. I think they could have done much better for a compliation of great hits. "What does it take to let you go" "Janey's got a gun" and "love in an elevator" are all great songs on this album. I am also not terribly impressed with the remaster job. I think I Liked the old sound better. Aerosmith is great. This is NOT a bad album. Just make sure you like all the songs, or be prepared to listen to just a few.

    Another great remastered

    CD of the CD that made you understand that Aerosmith's come back was not a fluke! This was a brilliant CD. The powerful "Jamie's Got a Gun" showed that Aerosmith had arrived! They played out this diffucult subject matter with class and brilliance. They managed to do this will holding onto their classic tongue in cheek style as well. This CD has a great variety of musical style and lyrical topic. Tylers classic turning of phrases comes to life in "Love in an Elevator." This is a CD that shows Aerosmith's versatility.
