The glass on this print was broken in shipment. The seller had used excellent packing, and that label the box fragile/glass. Apparently, UPS cannot read or does not care enough to make sure that nothing was placed on on top of it or that it wasn’t dropped. UPS denied the claim, but the seller paid for replacing the glass. The sellers professionalism and responsiveness in this situation was great. I would certainly do business with them again.
