We appreciate very much their customer service. They were awesome. By mistake I put the wrong shipping address when I ordered and a few minutes after I placed the order I re-contacted them and gave them the correct shipping address. They sent me an acknowledgement of the change and confirmed the new shipping address - - - but by mistake, they shipped it to the wrong address.
They totally apologized & were so great & gave us full credit for the item.
