BUYER STATED IT WAS HARD BECAUSE HE LIVES IN COUNTRY, I Replied I Understand, I live in the country & it can be stressful - I REPLACED HIS ITEM ONCE - Both Got Damaged AFTER HE ADMITTED HE BROKE HIS OWN- Buyer asked for another on SUNDAY- I responded I was busy w/ Kids & Bowling League, I would get back with him - Today buyer demanded a refund & threatened me with negative feedback - I told buyer it would be best if he returned the item HE WOULD GET A FULL REFUND
