I ordered a used lower outboard for my boat. I didn't realize from the not super great pictures on the ad just how USED it was. Bill kindly refunded me half my purchase price since the poor shape of the item wasn't really listed. I was hesitant to give them a positive review since I doubt it'll last all that long and may not have been worth installing, however, since he gave me back more than I had originally requested I was impressed at their good level of customer service.

Hi…thank you for having this part reasonably price and shipped on time. I will say the packing could have been better. The part has 2 small water inlet/outlets and one had broken off during shipping. I could see the box had two holes in that position. I was able to reuse one from my old riser so nothing needed.
