Great speakers!
These are some great speakers! It is hard to find some speakers that offer a little bass without a sub woofer as part of the set. These speakers were also "Larger" than expected. Don't expect extreme bass or anything, but it isn't strictly treble either. Only has a volume control. Make sure yours comes with a power cord or you will have to buy it separately. I didn't give it 5 fives because I wanted more bass, but in reality, hard to get good bass without a sub woofer. Better than my previous speakers. Make sure you find a good price. Plug them in where headphones would normally go and you're good. Do know, I do not do many reviews.These are some great speakers! Sometimes older products outperform today's newer and more cheaply made 1's
Being an avid electronics/technology fan, I was very pleased to find this pair of "older" pc/mp3 style speakers. Overall they are excellent, reasonably priced, with power supply for good sound, compact in size, easy to set up, and work great with my iphone & dock which I use mostly for listening to music and internet radio at bedtime. So in a compact area I charge my phone overnight while listening to what I want to fall asleep to, and while not used for same I'm sure would be great to wake to as well. Also be great for a desk @ work to play anything from a phone (universal w/ 3.5mm connection) or mp3 player etc. And unline todays newer models have goo quality speakers for overall good sound at a Very Good Price. I will always do business with this company first! These speakers were a gift to a dear friend for her kndness to me. They were received by her within 3 days. She noticed that one speaker (in original box)had a slight indent on the fabric and sound quality was a bit weaker. I communicated with them and that day they they mailed out a replacement speaker. Everytime we talk she tells me how happy she is with the quality of sound,how handsome they are and enjoys her computer so much more.Especially her music. Thank You for your prompt,wonderful service of a great product.I will always do business with this company first! These speakers were a gift to a dear friend for her kndness to me. Much better sound than expected at this price point.
When my old speakers for my PC were knocked out by lightning, I was just looking for replacements. I stumbled on the Boston Acoustics BA265 set at a great price. They arrived very quickly and were a snap to set up. The sound quality is much better than expected at that price point. I would recommend these speakers without hesitation.
