You will still likely need to sand the sides because there's no way to account for deviations in case production - in my instance the print was accurate to within 1.5mm, which is excellent. A hobby blade was able to quickly cut through the plastic, and once you get started, you can use your fingers to pull apart squares. Great job from seller, and I would definitely buy again.

Padded envelope probably would have prevented. However seller is a stand up person and immediately issued a refund. All in all an unfortunate situation but a solid seller.
