    Life Changing

    I have read all of Eckhart Tolle's books. This one is a simple yet profounding book. It's filled with 'signs' to keep you pointed in the right direction. To be still, present in this moment since its the only moment we truly have. It is helping me transform my life and so simply. It's a choice that if you want enlightenment all you have to do is read a few sentences to be brought to this moment in time and problems solved. With practice it gets easier and easier. The more you are in the moment the better life is and less unhappiness and negativity pervades your mind. You are not your thoughts!!!!

    stillness speaks- speaks loud and clear to me

    great book. it's a short one with a lot of pointers. definitely helps you realize your own ego and how much you identify with. makes you realize what drives you to do the things you do and also what you think about.
