Communication from this seller is poor and rather passive aggressive. Having seen my interest, the seller immediately increased the listing price. I went ahead with the purchase and paid for 1st class postage. It was then marked dispatched the next day but I still had not received it by the eBay time frame. So I opened a dispute. Seller eventually agreed to refund me the postage for the delay, if I closed the case. I did this and he has not been in contact since or refunded me. Untrustworthy.

With all due respect you were asked to close an 'item not received' case because you had received your item and had stated twice within said case that you had the item and it was three days late to arrive, which I am sorry for but very very common for this time of year. I shouldn't need to offer anything in order for somebody to close a case that is incorrect. I was happy to work with you and still am but not until this damaging, unjust and frankly inaccurate feedback is reviewed and removed.
