Box was opened, the serial number tag, barcode were blanked out indicating either it was used or perhaps refurbished. This was not mentioned in the sale. Writing to seller had a curt response to return the item but not state and accept the facts. So this seller in my opinion is not trustworthy. Will not buy anything from him.

Item was a brand new shelf pull. We always black out bar codes when pulling items from the shelf at my store so they can not accidently be sold. Pictures were included of the actual bar codes blacked out in the listing. Customer was unhappy, so a return for refund was offered.
