    Received this with a broken hinge, no broken pieces in the box anywhere, they are blaming it on the shipping company and they have a no return policy which I should have noticed, but I didn’t, guess that means you can sell damaged products and take no responsibility, the item was just put in a box with no packing around it to protect even if the shipping company did happen to drop which I don’t believe they did. You got me this time never again

    sorry, but unit was shipped in original factory box and shipped in 100% perfect condition as these were cold spare boxes sitting in a secure warehouse ad inspected before shipping. Seller not responsible for damage by shipping company over long distances. Wish I could d more but it left OK and seems damaged in transit.
