Seller did refund purchase price but, refused to send a return label which was recommended by eBay. I had to pay for return shipping at my expense even though ebay stated that I could have kept the item. I did the right thing and sent it back without any acknowledgement from the seller saying they had received the item back.

eBay said you could keep the item & refund and that is the right thing to do?
I am glad to send your shipping fee back if the negative remark is removed. There was no returns on the item & I issued a full refund to make this buyer happy. If you would have sent the item back before the refund you would have had to pay the shipping. That was my point. It was not a refusal. If the negative feedback is because I did not acknowledge the return, give your emotional support dog a hug and move on.
