The item I received is halfway open and the packaging is cracked at the bottom; an angle that wasn't pictured in the listing. When I reached out to the seller, they stated the item must have been damaged during shipping, even though it was packaged well. There are in fact pictures of the item from that angle that shows it was sealed upon sale. Since no damage was shown to the packaging, I'm not sure what could have possibly happened. I very clearly describe all imperfections and take pictures from every angle to prevent any miscomunications (see listing). I cannot offer a refund without the return of the merchandise.
