Seller helpful, patient, and understanding. Item was shipped quickly and packed very well. Vest is a bit big. My fault, not the seller's. I have other vests of this same brand name in 3XL since a 2XL wouks be too small in those and they fit fine but this one is bigger. Maybe because it's an outdoor/outerwear vest? I don't know. Might be able to make it shrink since it is wool. It is as described though, very nice and comfortable and in very good shape. Thank you!
