Great Machine and real work saver
This vacuum works wonderful. I bought it with low expectations but this thing blows it all away. It was easy to connect to Wifi, It mapped the house the first time and never gets stuck. Granted I have a small 750 sq ft house with hardwood and vinyl floors which is easy, but it really does a great job. The app is easy to use but lacks a couple features I'd like when used with my Google Home app. It won't clean specific rooms when using Google home. I just have to use my phone. No big deal. I love the self emptying feature. I am in a wheelchair so that was a necessity. Love this and a real work saverThis vacuum works wonderful. Better than my Roomba
As advertised, the Shark is indeed better than my old Roomba. The suction is much stronger and the navigation around my home is better. It’s also MUCH quieter and doesn’t get stranded, stuck or hung up as often. It’s still learning my home but so far I’m very happy with this purchase.

Alfred the robotic vacuum
Well I have had “Alfred” for almost a month and it works very well the only thing is the mapping of our house has not been precise. It doesn’t go thru the entire house, my house is huge, almost 5000k sq Ft and it will return to the dock once the bin is full and doesn’t continue to map. I am sure I have to figure that out on the settings so then I have to delete the map from the app and try it again, I have read on the faq that it takes multiple times before we get a good map so I am still trying and hoping. Sometimes I carry it to the rooms I need vacuumed and I place the Botboundary strips and they work! I am confident that we will have success soon. As happy as I can be!
Would give 4.5 stars, if I could. It is a strong performer with very neat features and a powerful mechanical construction that can get into tight spaces. The only issue has been that it sometimes struggles to return to base before draining out entire battery.

Gotta love it !
I love the Shark when it's operating correctly, but constantly it's disconnecting from my phone app and home. I've had to reset it at least 4 times, and have it learn my home numerous times. It's sometimes pushed the docking station and ends up lost. I wish I have purchased the self empting vac aswell, maybe it would have been smarter and hard to pust the docking station..
