Item arrived as described in the listing. Packaging was sufficient, the server was solidly in bubble wrap. FedEX did not handle the package carefully, but it appears in tact. I will update the feedback if there are any issues, but so far so good! I have recommended this to friends and might get another one myself if there are any left when I'm finished setting this one up. Seller did not respond to a question but I found the answer myself.

Good seller! Would order from again. Everything arrived perfectly packaged with care . Ordered 3 graphics cards. Originally delivery was late due to Fed having to reschedule the delivery over and over. Seller contacted me and offered me a partial refund for the late delivery. 1 of the cards didn t work but seller is sending another one for replacement.

Updating to 5 stars .Seller contacted me and took care of everything. The seller made everything right, went above and beyond to make that I was happy. Definitely will buy from again. Sending back a partial refund and a new card that didn't work. The extra delay and non working card was due to the carrier. Everything was packaged extremely well with bubble and more!
