4 days after I paid for the item I contacted the seller and was told the item had shipped even though it was still showing not shipped. Time stamp from USPS proves that was a lie and it shipped later that day. Item was described as new in sealed box. Box was not sealed, but has removable outer plastic sleeve which is very scratched up. Inner perfume box is broken and gold letters on bottle are worn off. Bottle in photo is not what I received. Seller was very abrupt. I would avoid this seller.

There was a 10 day turn around time as I was out of time....so it shipped sooner than expected. It was dropped off at post office that morning before opening and they scan the product in is the time stamp that it gives. they received the item in 2 days after shipping. It came in the same packaging that if you bought in Nordstroms....and the picture is of the same bottle. I received 10 messages from buyer in a 15 min period but still responded to every one so dont know about the abrupt.
