While this was listed as a new, open box switch, it was missing the USB cable and power adapter (the box shows the adapter is included). I didn t reach out to the seller since I had one on hand, A short time later they provided a respectable partial refund without my requesting one. Since the switch does work great, I ve revised my feedback to reflect that and the sellers good customer service.
