This has been a pretty crazy Ebay experience. However, the Sellers quick response and willingness to make things right was impressive. We all make mistakes, with a bit of patients most things can be worked out. I finally got my package, later than expected. but that's OK. The seller kept an open and quick communication until the issue was resolved. Item good condition as advertised (hopefully it works have not connected it yet). Good Seller would use again.

I accidentally switched two buyers shipping labels on their packages since they were similar sizes. Luckily this buyer (and the other) was very accommodating and they were willing to ship what they received to the correct buyer and it seems everything has worked out.Thankfully this is only the second time I've done this in my ebay career but, while I am human and do make mistakes, I can promise any future buyers that I will do my best to rectify them to the satisfaction of everyone.
