Buyer has NO clue how to ship a card, and that is all he sells, so SCARY. Nor does he know how tracking works. Expects you to do all the legwork for a missing $4 card, then to wait weeks before getting your $4.50 back. I would never leave a negative for under a $5 sale, But this seller has earned it. Absolutely ridiculous seller and his useless help. Plus he blocks you mid conversion so now you have to deal with ebay. Very very petty, and very very unprofessional.
