The Regional issue does show handling and wear, in still slightly above average condition for such a pricey cost. The Seller provided with excellent packaging and fairly quick service (1 day after payment). Still happy to obtain it as it's hard to get.
The hold-up is strictly the USPS, which on average is about TWICE as SLOW with the horrible leadership it's under. Now goes through multiple distribution centers nowhere near intended routing and then lies idle at these centers before moving.
