Great product, quick delivery although only one issue and that is the tacking from Hermes on Ebay still shows as out for delivery when in fact my parcel was hidden outside my house for four days. I had to search Hemes website to find where my parcel was. Ebay tracker is not matching Hermes.

Such a lovely seller. I didn’t recieve my parcel in the time frame stated but this was not the sellers fault. Couriers delays! So I reached out to ask where it was as I couldn’t track it and the seller refunded me immediately but the parcel arrived yesterday so I asked how I can send back the money they’d refunded me but they said it’s not a problem and keep it. So today I will go and send this £10 to a charity. Thank you. Item perfect thanks again. Highly recommend
