The cups were well packaged however shipping sometimes has its casualties. After contacting the seller with pictures showing the damage without hesitation they offered to replace them. Package arrived with 3 perfectly intact cups arrived even though I had stated only 2 were damaged. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend seller and their great selection of quality items.
