A no-brainer.
This unit is virtually noiseless to the human ear. It is entirely passive, so it requires no power source, and as a result has no self-noise. I needed to set up my Alexa Input to my powered speakers, but also keep my Tascam CD/USB player connected, and also have an auxiliary output for my Sony pro field recorder. I took 5 minutes to plug the outputs of each (adapting the output of my Tascam from 2 RCA connectors to a stereo mini plug), and played content from each source to get a rough level. I now have all 3 sources connected to my speakers via this one device that’s the size of 2 decks of cards stacked on top of each other. No Improvement
I purchased this because I had a small amount of interference noise when I plugged a MIDI keyboard and my computer audio into a Y cable to feed audio into one set of speakers. This product did not reduce the interference noise at all. I was no better than using a Y cable.
