This transaction was painful, but not without the proper seller-buyer dialogue. The item was to be a gift but it arrived late due to a different shipping service than listed. I started a return, discovered an issue with a wire, told the seller, we agreed to a partial refund situation, I accepted, and then I found a roach egg. I tried a 50-50 deal and have yet to hear. The seller did not mean to do this intentionally and has been professional throughout. I'm just out $300 as the return is closed.
