Frustrating experience. Despite asking for the (expensive) book set to be well protected for shipping the seller ignored my request. I even offered to pay more for shipping. The seller accepted responsibility for the damaged but then sent me a small refund, which I do not think was enough, They have made no effort to discuss how much was appropriate or what I wanted. If only it had been well packed none of this would have happened.

Although you chose not to purchase insurance on this item to address potential damage in shipment, I provided you a $30 refund after you provided photos of the minor damage.
