The boots I bought were great but unfortunately some glue somewhere dried out in transit and they arrived with a pretty bad squeak In one boot. They were sent with no squeak. Hamburglerhermits character showed when he agreed to accept a return since they were unwearable without a full footbed rebuild to get rid of the sound. Communication was great and returning the boots and receiving a refund went very smoothly. Seller is a stand up guy and I would not hesitate to do business with him again.
