So the item I received had the PCB damaged due to a previous battery leak. When I informed the seller of the issue they only offered relief that was on their terms. I asked if they would swap the unit for one that was similarly priced, but they refused and were going to make me return the item and spend even more money to purchase one that actually worked. I am an electrical engineer and I believe I can repair this but the repair is going to be tricky. I will avoid this seller in the future.

The buyer was told to return to get a full refund including shipping cost. The buyer made false statements if the unit was truly bad why wouldn't he return it, He refused to return it, Instead he requested a better model that was $100 more for the same price. We offered free shipping on that item he refused our offer and gave us a bad review. EBay refused to remove the feedback even that they were able to read all the messages.
