Received camera in excellent condition, but seller failed to disclose modified lens aperture in listing. Asked for return, offered alternatives but refused return. Escalated to eBay for resolution as seller stopped communication. Disappointing experience; transparency and resolution could've been better for a more positive transaction.

I made a modification to the camera that I believed made it easier to operate. The buyer didn't like it. I answered EVERY communication quickly. I offered to change my modification back and pay for all shipping to and from. I offered to swap the camera for an even better one of the same model at my expense and the buyer refused. Totally unreasonable if you ask me. What happened to allowing people to make mistakes if they are willing to make them good? Yes, a very disappointing experience indeed.
