Seller provided the option for a very modest partial refund of $8, or subsequent delivery of the missing item. I opted to receive the missing item. When the item arrived, its batteries were installed (never the case with new/unused products) and there were hair clippings clinging to the item and in/around the packaging. Despite this shortcoming, I still rated the experience as "positive."

    A very good value. The price per lamp was less than in any b&m store. It's way too early to know how long they will last. The only slight drawback I noted thus far is that they are not quite as bright as the Ecosmart lamps they replace (side-by-side comparison).

    Dimming varies with manufacturing lot

    Even though the packaging is identical, bulbs from different lots do not dim the same. Replaced the newer bulbs with incandescent.
