Its The $9.98 Cd, not the $5.98 EP!

The original release of this is the $9.98 CD Garage Days Re-Revisited, not the 5.98 EP to the dude who says he got ripped off for not getting the 5.98 EP. Germany released an official CD that was titled the 5.98 EP, the US and Canada versions of the official cd were the $9.98 CD! Canadian versions of this CD have almost a whiteish title that says "the $9.98 CD". The US has Columbia house record club versions that have different UPC codes. This CD was pressed for 2 years between 1987-1989 and was taken out of print in late 1989-early 1990. There were pressings that were released with the retail long box that many people trashed and the long box is highly sought after.

  • Garage Days $9.98 CD Metallica

Something I have been looking for, for a long time. I had it once but it was stolen. This CD is great. First time Jason Newsted plays With Metallica so they get a feel for him. Awsome tracks and Heavy Guitars with lotsa Bass guitar. This was put together in Lars' garage where they played a bunch of cover songs. I would recommend this to any Metallica fan who already does not have this and can find a copy somewhere.

  • do not be fooled!!!! its the 9.98 not the 5.98 cd

I was sent the 9.98 ep not the earlier release of the 5.98 ep!!!! its insulting that they think they can pull this kinda ofstuff. then again it worked f#$k in scam artists

  • Must have for collectors!

I spent a lot of time finding this the first time around (I have severall dif. prints) It was before the great days of ebay. I wanted the songs on originall recording (I have never been a fan of bootlegs), and this was long before they released Garage Inc. If you are a collector of Metallica stuff, Its a absolut must-have, if you are just a fan who likes to listen to their tunes, I would recomend you getting Garage Inc. It's cheaper, deffinetly more available, and is has a lot more tracks. As far as the actuall songs on this album, I really like them, its some heavy stuff.
