I ordered vanilla which was supposedly new and was to be shipped free. However the shipper did not package it properly and it arrived with $1.99 being owed and the top of the vanilla was loosened with some of the vanilla spilling out. I don't even know if it is usable. I contacted the seller, but heard absolutely nothing back. Very poor customer service. Wondering if this product is fraudulent. Avoid!
