    Personal

    Yes personal. I now have my own personal massager that works where I want and how I want. When the kneading is too deep, I lay face down and but it on my back. It is perfect. The heat relaxes the tension in the muscles. It is a bit heavy, but all the moving parts are real and safe.

    Sweet relief

    Sturdy device. A real workhorse. I've found that a folded towel is handy to use as a pad between the moving massage nodes and my back to help lighten the intensity. The unit can rub very hard and feels deep enough to hurt at times when leaning back on it. The use of the towel prevents that from happening. The unit can be layed flat and used on back plus backs of legs but then a pillow or two comes in handy to prop unit slightly up. It does an effective job once you discover the usage that best suits your needs.
