Experience with seller was great! Item purchased ended up being delivered in damaged and unusable condition (at NO FAULT of the seller!). The package must have been badly mishandled during shipping because there was not a great deal of damage to the outer box (there was a bit of slight crushing!) yet the contents were clearly “bounced around quite a bit during the shipping process”! The seller refunded the purchase and shipping costs and I provided the HW to a child who loves fire trucks!
