I cannot recommend this seller. Communication is extremely slow or nonexistent altogether. I purchased two necklaces, & after a long wait for them to actually be shipped, I was sent the wrong item (which I suspect was intentional because she was not happy w the final sale price for that piece). I returned the incorrect piece immediately, and then after the seller received it, I had to wait four days for Ebay to enforce the refund for me because she would not take action. Very bad experience.

First I have to say it's untrue. Because I told her I'd refund it without a problem if she just mailed it back, which I did. Yes I am a human being, not a computer, & not a business. I do not live on the computer. As a matter fact I'm selling this stuff because I'm doing my mom's estate sale. I responded to everything that you asked for. I hope next time you find some room in your heart for people that have a life outside of the computer. I always responded. That is a solid fact.
