Missing two pairs of socks Seller did say I could return for refund but I should not have to pay for postage because of Sellers mistake . Also , ALL of the packaging material was in perfect shape when it arrived so there is no possibility at all anything slipped out of package . Overall experience with this seller is not good

I told the buyer that I would let them return the items for a refund. No response! Very bad communication. I can assure you that I look at everything before I mail it and the items were delivered to you carefully packaged. Sometimes they may get delivered to you damaged and you know that packages get thrown around. If the buyer wanted the shipping refunded too, the buyer should have replied to my messages. If buyer had any issues communicating with me, they can not expect me to help them!

I won a pre owned dress for $3.00 and $5.80 shipping. The dress had such a positive write up no mention of imperfections and none shown on the photos. When I got the bill it had shipping cost of $8.79. I messaged the seller and they immediately credited back the overage. Dress arrived, smelled like heavy perfume, the stitching on the top button was coming apart, the stitching on the side off the dress was falling off, big loop strand hanging and a black marker dot in center of the dress 😡
