The lamp was as described and it arrived well packaged and in perfect shape. The item had a shipping issue and the seller didn’t provide much help. But after multiple calls to the USPS, it was up to me to find the item and the item was found by USPS. I requested help from the seller when item was lost and seller just said “reach out to USPS.” I expected a little more assistance than that. Other than that, I am happy with the item I wanted.
