Maybe it’s just the UK that really sucks with updating orders and when they will arrive. I know it’s the holiday season but at least update the tracking, I don’t mind it being delivered late but I had no clue and no email it would be arriving. When checking status it still says “not delivered” but I came home to a note that my package was dropped off at a near by post office because I wasn’t home to receive. It takes me hours to get around anywhere in England so picking this up will be a pain.
