While I rate the experience positive and timely there are a few qualifications to these. I felt that shipping five days after purchase, with no communication was unsatisfactory. The item finally arrived ten days after purchase. No tracking information provided. The seller assured me it was on its way after I contacted him, but I feel that having an item showing 'awaiting shipment' throughout is unsatisfactory. I appreciate that there may be mitigating circumstances, but I was unaware of these.
