    Great small printer

    I’ve read on other sites that setting up this printer was a pain but honestly, it was pretty seamless – docked one star because there was one point where it got “stuck” during the setup on the phone using the HP Smart app, but after restarting the app, the printer got added successfully. Also realized that the printer needs to be added manually on my macbook in order for the colors to come out accurately, but thoroughly surprised by the print quality of this printer given it’s small compact size.

    Connectivity Issues.

    Took forever to set up; would not stay connected to the WiFi; issues with printing from my laptop in which it continued to say “looking for printer” or “connected to printer” and still would not print and I couldn’t print from my phone via the app. I can’t say that I recommend this printer. Maybe it’s the one I bought from here. I normally don’t buy used printers and this is why. I love Hp but this is not it. I read other reviews and people had the same issues. I should’ve listened. But we live and we learn. I now have a Hp Envy 6055 and it’s amazing.

    the eprint feature is why I love it... its like sending a fax !

    I can be anywhere in the country and send a document to the printer and it will automatically print right where it is located. It prints a document from my computer even across country to where ever the printer is set up in any location. It is especially valuable to send documents to someone who cannot operate a computer, or even know how to use a printer.
