Yes, that's right. Unfortunately, we were a little late in sending your server. We fully test and update servers before shipping. Sometimes we may find a component or platform that is faulty. We replace that component and do a full retest. Yes, sometimes it takes time. But we will never send a server with an error or fault. We value our customers and want their servers to work long and without problems.

Received a perfectly working PC, all bios/firmware were up to date, all component properly connected. Everything worked out of box. No damage in shipping due to well packaging. Everything was as described, a few dust bunnies here and there. Not the best value for the hardware but worth it as everything was tested thoroughly.
