    still waiting for the phone. In the description of the seller, he mentioned “Brand New, Never Been Used, Open box”. When I received the phone it was not working so I send it back and I asked for a new one. The seller refused to send a new one and sent the phone to a technicien to check it. The technicien still has it for more than 2weeks and the seller still refuses to send a new one. I do not understand why the phone is not working if I bought a “Brand New”, why means brand new for the seller??
