However, you do not get 3 packs, you get 1 pack that coincidentally can be cut into 3 paper filters, whilst you still only receive one charcoal filter. This is the exact same as what you receive in a standard pack anyway. I contacted the seller regarding this and they were very rude and did not acknowledge that this is misleading or offer a solution. You've left us bad feedback because you can't take ownership of your own mistake, you are being very unfair.
