Wouldn't hesitate to use this seller again in the future, but UPS let them down. The package was not released from UK customs even though I paid the import charges. They then sent another invoice for import charges to entry into Canada which they said I needed to pay, clearly a mistake as the package was sent from Italy to the UK.
