I don't think it had anything to do with shipping, it was packaged very well,however the printer was full of toner. It's as if the toner cartridges exploded inside. After cleaning it all up, I tried to print a page and it started "paper jam". When I opened the printer door, there was no jam. I tried printing again and the page was full of toner, and then it stated paper jam again. I know i was purchasing a used printer, but it stated that it's fully function
