The seller was quick to respond and compensation was offered as the bracelet had marks on it which were not listed in the photos. Took over ten days until the seller listed the item as shipped.       Il prodotto mi e' arrivato con qualche giorno di anticipo integro in un buon imballaggio e rispecchia fedelmente la descrizione. Mi spiace solo che nel ritirarlo ho avuto la spiacevolissima sorpresa di dover pagare 40 euro per "oneri doganali". Non sarebbe meglio indicarli con esattezza unitamente al prezzo di vendita in modo tale che ci si possa regolare meglio se accuistare o meno il prodotto? Comunque consiglio questo venditore.

      The impact driver was sent out 1 week after ordering. It arrived in Germany within 4 days of shipment, which I think is really good! Item was safely packed. Customs from Japan are not much, but tax and FedEx (15€) were quite expensive. Next time I'll know better what to expect
