      Convenient, but cover plate could be improved.

      I like the rotating outlet for specific locations. I used it in a narrow place with an adapter that I wanted to be vertical. The tabs for the cover plate required me to trim two small areas of the box.

      Not sure product is safe.

      Installed this and the bottom outlet doesn't work at certain positions. Then I went to replace it and when I attempted to unplug the top plug, I heard Arcing. This is what happens when the contacts inside don't connect too tightly. Arcing itself isn't the worst but this produces heat and is inefficient. This heat can cause the plastic parts to melt or catch fire which is not good. Seems to be cheaply made which is the problem. I don't recommend as I'm not sure this is safe.

      Mounted in a horzontal exterior electrical box

      The twin outlets will rotate individually and independently 360 degrees without any stops. They can be spun to any location. I had a horizontal mounted electrical box between the bricks near my porch steps. I bought a LED night light that shows down and plugged it in the outlet rotated so that it lights the steps. The LED night light has a sensor to turn on only at night. The cover plate snaps on with 4 tabs that go thru the base. There are no screws in the cover plate. I had a problem with the tabs hitting the water proof box mounting plates. I drilled 4 holes in the mounting plates to clear the tabs.

      Easy to install (just remember to turn off the power at the electrical panel). Works great for large, odd-shaped plugs.
