    Good Transfer Switch

    This is a good quality transfer switch. It has 10 single breaker circuit. Six are 15 amp and four are 20 amp. If you have a 240 volt circuit, you can gang two of the 20 amp breakers to accommodate the circuit. These are useful for well or sump pump applications. You cannot power an electric dryer or AC unit with this switch since it is limited to a 30 amp input. For most electric service panels, a 10 circuit transfer switch is the maximum number of circuits feasible. If you need more circuits powered by a standby generator, you should probably look at a switch capable of transferring the supply source from the line to a 20 to 24 kw standby generator. This switch is for a 5000 to 7500 watt portable generator to power refrigerators, freezers, internet, wifi, TV's , lights, small kitchen ...
