        A good basic start.

        I felt a hard copy would make better sense for me, is why I took the chance with the purchase. I bought a 2010 Crown Vic* and hadn't owned a ford in the last 20 years, so decided I needed information to help with decision when the car has problems. It seems to do a good job with 1998-2003 (pictures and descriptions) and I would have preferred more on the later years of the platform.

        Big lie the title of this manual!!!!!

        Supposedly the manual covers models between 1989 and 2011. There is no information about the newer model 2005 and 2011. I bought the manual because i was looking for some information about cruise control mechanism that is installed in my 2007 GMarquis and big surprise?!?!? the only information found there is for the older models. The newer ones do not have a mechanical linkage between the accelerator pedal and the throttle body. In the models 2005 and up, they have sensors and the throttle is moved electrically. The information about the driver's airbag is useless!!! The clock spring described does not match the one installed in my 2007. Do not waist your money if you have a Crown Vic or GMarquis newer than 2005. Big lie the title of this manual.
