Classic SteelSeries Quality and Performance
This headset was a big upgrade from my Arctis 1 wireless. SteelSeries makes a great line of headsets and the Pro Wireless takes everything fans love about their products to the next level. Being able to control chat mix and other audio settings on the base station is really handy and makes for a great customizable experience that keeps you from hopping out to your desktop or title screen to tweak audio settings. Swappable batteries with real time charge status on the base station have been a nice feature to have as well. If you are an audiophile and you put a lot of emphasis on your audio experience when it comes to your gaming sessions than this headsets for you. Don’t get me wrong this is a great headset that will outperform all the headsets in the SteelSeries lineup. But you have to need/want that extra power an capability to justify the price.

Great Value with Minor Concessions
The headset didn't come with the Transceiver Power Cord or Pop Filter, both come included in the Arctis Pro Wireless package when buying new, but I think the exclusion of these two parts was worth the $100 I saved. For those wondering, you can still power the Transceiver with the USB accessory that is included in this package. The package also came with minor cosmetic damage on the Arctis and its Transceiver, but this is expected with refurbished products and doesn't affect the headset's performance. Speaking of performance; These things are great! I love how they sound, and you can customize them to perfection with the software provided on the SteelSeries website. Don't regret this purchase at all! What comes included the Refurb Package: - 2x Headphone batteries - 1x Arctis Pro Wireless ... Amazing sound! How about an instruction manual?
Surround sound is terrific when hooked up to PS4. Chatmix is fantastic feature. Simple documentation is lacking, so it took awhile to figure out proper setup. Headband adjustability is just ok. If I had a bigger head it would be a problem. But overall, very satisfied with my purchase.

Expensive but worth it!
Worth the purchase. Since it's refurbished, it did not come with the original box but the product was in excellent condition. The Arctis Pro Wireless sounds amazing, especially with the right EQ settings.
